How can I make a reservation for Seikkailupaku?
I’ve started to use GoMore-plafrom for more automated rental service. However, I still accept inquiries via phone and e-mail.
How do I pay for the rental?
You will receive payment instructions for a bank transfer in the response message to your reservation request. Your reservation will be confirmed once the payment is made. With GoMore you have the option to pay with a card.
What is the minimum age to rent Seikkailupaku?
To rent Seikkailupaku, you must be at least 18 years old.
What documents do I need to rent the van?
You will need a valid driver’s license to rent the vehicle.
Is there a mileage limit for the car?
The daily rental includes 200 km of driving. Additional kilometers will be charged according to the price list.
What are the minimum and maximum rental durations?
The rental period is flexible – you can rent Seikkailupaku for a day, a week, or even longer. There is no maximum duration.
Can I rent the van without a credit card?
Renting Seikkailupaku does not require a credit or debit card. The payment method is a prepayment invoice. Any additional kilometers will be invoiced afterward.
What insurances are included in the rental price?
The rental price includes mandatory car insurances, as well as Pohjola’s Isokasko insurance, and Pohjola’s roadside assistance insurance, which covers travel and accommodation expenses in case of trip interruption. You can find more information about the insurance on Pohjola’s website.
What happens if the van is damaged during the rental period?
If the van is damaged during the rental period, please contact the rental provider and the insurance company immediately. You can find the contact information in the rental agreement. Insurance usually covers damages, but the renter is responsible for the insurance deductible. We will provide you with detailed instructions in case of damage.
Can I rent Seikkailupaku for a one-way rental?
The vehicle must be rented and returned from the same starting point.
When I arrive to pick up Seikkailupaku with my own car, can I park my car at the pick-up location?
You can park your own car in the Seikkailupaku parking spot without any additional charge.
